ATJ is the sole owner of the information it gathers on its website. ATJ will only share your information with outside parties in ways that are described in this privacy statement or if we are required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND DATA USE

The following outlines in detail the various data collection points within the ATJ website, the purpose of these collection points and the primary use of data collected. 1. Request Catalog: Within this function, ATJ collects required information such as first and last name, mailing address, email address, and channel by which the requestor heard of ATJ. Additionally, ATJ collects optional information pertaining to the requestors, age, phone number, travel history, travel preference, and destination preference. This information is used to enable ATJ to respond to queries from consumers who wish to receive the ATJ catalog of travel services. Optional information in this form enables ATJ to better tailor the creation of future service offerings to meet the needs of its clients. 2. Newsletter Signup: Within this function, ATJ collects required information such as first and last name, and email address. This information is used to enable ATJ to respond to a requestors desire to directly receive mailings of ATJ's e-mail newsletter, the Journeyer, Special Departures, and special event invites. 3. Journeyer Club Spread the Word: Within this function, ATJ collects required information from former ATJ clients for referrals such as first and last name, mailing address, and referrers name and email. ATJ will inform referrer that we have received your referral, and we will send your referral a catalog along with a letter stating you referred them. 4. Logged Files and Cookies: The ATJ website logs IP addresses and browser types for systems administration purposes. These logs are analyzed to improve the value of the materials available on the website. A users session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous. ATJ does not link IP addresses to any personally identifiable information.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

ATJ does not rent, sell, or share personally identifiable information collected through the ATJ website with other individuals or companies except to facilitate the delivery of information, products or services that you have requested through the ATJ website or when we have your permission to do so. HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM ATJ EMAIL NEWSLETTERS

To unsubscribe from receiving ATJ email newsletters, select the unsubscribe option at the end of the email. This will permanently take you off our email list. You may also send an email to [email protected] stating your first and last name, email address, and your desire to unsubscribe from future ATJ e-mailings.
