An Amazing Experience!

You all did a great job with hotel, events logistics and especially the guides. All three ladies were amazing , easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. Seeing the snow monkeys and staying at the local hotel with onsen was my favorite.

Really Perfect!

The hotels were all great and the apartment-hotel in Kyoto was truly perfect for us as we were traveling with our two teenage granddaughters. Having a kitchen was super helpful. Thank you for suggesting it. Seeing beautiful plum blossoms and seeing my granddaughters in a cooking class with their grandfather smiling and having fun. It was all really perfect. Thank you.

Incredibly professional

All of our hotels were great, but the Park Hyatt in Busan was absolutely incredible. The rooms at both the Novotel Ambassador in Seoul and the Park Hyatt in Busan were very spacious and offered nice amenities. The breakfast at both was very good. The pools and gyms were a nice bonus. The Park Hotel in Tokyo had a very nice lobby area to unwind in in the evenings, but was lacking a gym. The location there was not as ideal for walking but once we got our bearings, it was not too bad and we enjoyed it. All three of our guides were amazing. Joy in Seoul, and our driver there, Mr. Cheong, went out of their way to be flexible and make shifts to accommodate our teenage son. We truly enjoyed both of them so much. Saya in Japan was also very sweet and knowledgeable and again willing to move some things around. Genie in Busan was incredibly professional and made our trip to Geoge Island to see where our son was born very special.

Holi Celebration

Holi in Udaipur. Thanks to our guides knowledge, we began by ordering white cotton outfits to wear. That evening we attended the Holika Dahan ceremony held at the City Palace (he rearranged the itinerary to allow for that). The next morning we walked to the main Holi celebration and had so much fun.

Well Curated Trip

The entire trip was well curated and enabled flexibility which was great. Loved out time on Con Dao Island at the Six Senses. Wonderful service, fantastic accommodation, great food.

Why ATJ? – ATJ was listed as one of the best travel agencies for the part of the world I wanted to visit.

On the cruise around the Bay of Islands. It was such fun when the boat went through the Hole in the Rock. On that same cruise, we saw several pods of dolphins that swam right next to the boat.

Loved it

Halong Bay two-night boat trip was outstanding!! Hoi A was one of the best cities we have ever visited. Loved it because it wasn’t such a big city and had a wonderful feel. Loved all the tailor shops as well.

Many Memorable Moments

There were many [memorable moments], and it is really hard to choose one, but the weaving workshop in Sidamen and the gamelan session were special. Many breathtaking scenery moments in Bali.

Very Knowledgeable Guides

All of our guides were great. Very knowledgeable, intelligent and accommodating If I had to choose one as the best, it would be Phung Duong in Saigon. He was easy to understand and suggested additional walks, took us to the art museum when we had some free time and suggested future excursions to Vietnam and Laos. Each guide did a great job of adjusting the times on our itineraries to be sure we beat crowds, stood in the best places for views and photos, educated us on the history and current culture of their countries. Exceeded expectations. [there was] More than just one moment, Siem Reap was absolutely amazing. Sunrise at Angkor Wat, monks at Angkor Thom, Ta Prohm, Citadel,of Women – each inspiring in their own way. Staying at Jaya House, eating grubs and crickets, learning about our guide’s volunteering to give back to his community. Wonderful!

First Class Company

Really no! Your company is first class all the way. I had a health problem on the trip and everyone was so concerned and helpful. I cannot imagine better service. Guides adapted to weather (e.g. let’s change time of this visit because of high afternoon temperatures, let’s go in morning when cooler) or other issues seamlessly. Had one minor hotel problem and guide and his boss were all over it and we were easily moved to a different hotel.
